Graduate of reason, logic, wise words and all things exotic
Minstrel, chef, domestic, all these things and so majestic
Never will you see him falling, feathered guru is his calling

Flying round the house
Searching for chores to pass the day
Cooking and cleaning pots
Tackles them all without delay
Lucky to have that owl
Know that he’ll never leave you
Such an amazing owl
Always have him to turn to

Every Wednesday night
Ozzie strikes up his band to play
That owl on lead guitar
Presence, reverb and delay
So admiringly
Lady owls flock to cheer him
Superstar is he
Autograph hunters seek him

On his motorbike
Oswald takes off and hits the road
Down to Blackburn, Lancashire
Always respects The Highway Code
But he will return
For his duties await him
Sweet dreams, no concern
He’ll be there on your waking
